It’s a live cohort program — group sessions run weekly with Rana Roy, giving you the accountability and interaction that self-paced programs can’t provide. All sessions are recorded for those who can’t attend live.
The free Career Breakthrough Reset Mastermind gives you the roadmap and initial momentum. The CARE Accelerator is the full journey — 12 weeks of structured coaching, NLP work, 1:1 sessions, a cohort, and a personalised career roadmap built with Rana.
Approximately 2–3 hours per week: one 90-minute live session plus time to complete module exercises and implement actions. It’s designed to fit around a full-time role.
