Richard Bandler

Co-Creator of NLP · Founder, Society of NLP

Bandler co-created Neuro-Linguistic Programming in the 1970s, modelling the world’s most effective therapists including Milton Erickson and Fritz Perls. His work transformed coaching, therapy, and communication training worldwide.

Vikram holds a Licensed Meta-NLP Trainer designation directly from Richard Bandler — the most prestigious NLP trainer authorisation in existence.

John Grinder

Co-Creator of NLP · Linguist · New Code NLP

Grinder brought linguistic structural analysis to NLP, producing the Meta Model and Milton Model — two of the most powerful communication frameworks ever developed. He later co-developed New Code NLP.

Vikram holds NLP Master Trainer certification from Grinder’s lineage, tracing his credentials directly to both co-founders of the field.

Daniel Goleman

Father of Emotional Intelligence

Goleman’s 1995 book Emotional Intelligence redefined how the world understands human performance. His five-domain framework — self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, social skills — is the foundation of modern leadership coaching.

Vikram is one of a very small number of Indian coaches certified directly in the Goleman EI framework, underpinning his executive presence and leadership coaching work.

Robert Dilts

World's Most Prolific NLP Developer

Dilts developed the Logical Levels model, SCORE model, Sleight of Mouth patterns, and the Unified Field of NLP — contributions that extended the reach of NLP into leadership, health, and organisational change.

Judith DeLozier
